Choice starts with floor plans - various one-bedroom configurations including memory-care suites. Many include kitchenettes. Utilities are paid (except cable and telephone) and the gardens and grounds are maintenance free. Housekeeping, laundry and linen services are also included.

These assisted-living communities are staffed 24 hours a day for maximum security and comfort. Licensed nurses and qualified medication aides are also on duty around the clock. On-site pharmacy and rehabilitative services are available as well as the monitoring of chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis and depression.
